You may withdraw from online purchases within the statutory 14-day period. CYCLING HUB also offers a voluntary return window of 30 days from delivery.
Register a return
Email hello@cyclinghub.be with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once your return is registered, send the parcel within 14 days to:

Damaged, incorrect or defective item
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos. Where a claim is valid, we cover the necessary return costs and arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the applicable legal terms.
