Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Cycling Hub online store. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always prevail over any conflicting provision in these terms.

2. Scope

These terms govern orders for products offered through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe products, sizes, colours, materials and other characteristics accurately. Screen settings and photography can cause minor visual differences. Availability can change before an order is accepted. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for it.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices displayed in the store are shown in the currency indicated and include taxes where required for the relevant market, unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and other applicable charges are shown before checkout is completed.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment for a legitimate reason, including an obvious pricing or stock error, payment failure, suspected fraud or legal restriction. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount due.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is valid and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Available methods, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and further explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a third party designated by you, other than a carrier independently arranged by you.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have 14 calendar days after receiving goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. To withdraw, use our Withdraw from Contract page or send an unambiguous statement to hello@cyclinghub.be.

After notifying us, returned goods must be sent back within the applicable legal period. For a normal change-of-mind return, you bear the direct return shipping cost where we informed you of that cost obligation before purchase. See Returns & Exchanges.

Statutory exceptions can include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing.

9. Refunds after withdrawal

Where you validly withdraw from the entire order, we reimburse amounts due within the statutory period, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back where the law permits. Extra delivery costs caused by selecting a premium delivery method are not refundable.

10. Conformity and legal guarantee

Products must conform to the contract and mandatory consumer law. Consumer goods in Belgium and the European Union are covered by applicable statutory conformity rules. For new goods, the statutory guarantee is generally at least two years. Remedies can include repair or replacement free of charge and, where legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination/refund.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, incorrect care or damage caused after delivery is not a lack of conformity unless the issue results from a defect for which we are legally responsible. Manufacturer warranties are additional to statutory rights. See Warranty & Repairs.

11. Complaints

Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@cyclinghub.be or by phone at +32 477 80 05 79. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and in good faith.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer remedy. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, branding, photographs, graphics and design of the Cycling Hub store are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes, severability and law

The version applicable to an order is the version available when that order is placed. If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence. Courts and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under mandatory consumer and procedural law remain available.
