Your statutory consumer rights come first. Products must conform to the contract. Where a product is defective or non-conforming, the remedies required by law—such as free repair or replacement, and where appropriate a price reduction or refund—remain available.
Making a claim
Email hello@cyclinghub.be with your order number, description and useful photos or video. Reasonable return shipping is handled without cost where required by law.
Normal wear, accidental damage, crashes, improper use, incorrect care or unauthorised modifications are not normally conformity defects. Manufacturer warranties are additional to statutory rights.
